tool renters and skilled amateurs and professionals has been, and continues
to be, built upon trust, honesty, integrity and mutual good faith between
each party involved in the rental or skills transaction processes. Our Terms
of Use policy is quite simple:
All users, corporations, companies, persons, people and the like,
whether registered or otherwise that use any services provided by
Rentyourtools Dot Com Inc. must;
act in a manner that upholds our purpose, values and beliefs
read and agree to our User Registration Agreement
respect any and all property that is borrowed, rented or otherwise from
another member, regardless of whether a financial transaction has occurred
save and hold harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, demands,
awards, judgments, actions, causes of action and proceedings by whomsoever
made or brought in respect of any personal or bodily injury (including
death) to any person, and any loss of or damage to any property caused
directly or indirectly by or as a result of any transaction, process, or use
of services offered by Rentyourtools Dot Com Inc.
Members found to be in violation of our Terms of
Use Policy will be immediately suspended from any further use of our
services.
